Each March, National Drug and Alcohol Facts Week (NDAFW) shines a spotlight on an important mission: giving teens and families access to accurate, science-based information about drug and alcohol use. Designed to replace myths with facts, this national observance encourages honest conversations and empowers young people to make informed, healthy choices.

For Scottsdale Unified School District, substance use prevention is more than a weeklong focus, it’s an ongoing commitment. Supporting students means equipping families with the tools they need to navigate tough topics with confidence and clarity.
